Ed is one of the leading venture attorneys in the country and has represented dozens of venture funds and hundreds of venture backed companies. Ed is a co-founder of Angel Round Capital (Funds I, II and III) and the Female Founders Fund I, a seed fund investing in women led businesses. Ed is also an investor in Tribeca Venture Partners, SJF Ventures, StartFast Ventures, Energy Impact Partners and Las Olas Ventures.
Thierry Ho, Director, Reitler Advisory Group
Thierry co-leads our investment due diligence efforts and provides advisory services to early stage companies. Thierry was formerly a managing director and member of the Investment Committee at Lightyear Capital, which managed over $3 billion in private equity. He is a former director of Yadkin Bank, Piedmont Bank, Pathlight Capital, and eCommission. Thierry is an investor in the Accelerator Fund, Veridien Members Fund, Level Fund, Las Olas Ventures, Eniac Ventures and Angel Round Capital II.
Joyce Reitler, Director, Reitler Advisory Group
Joyce is the Director of the Reitler Advisory Group and provides advisory services to early-stage companies. Joyce began her career at Bankers Trust and was head of the Mergers & Acquisition practice of Price Waterhouse Corporate Finance. She was a senior officer of Orbit Capital, a venture fund, and has held senior management positions in venture backed companies and has served on several boards of directors.
Michael Yang, Partner, Reitler Kailas & Rosenblatt LLP
Michael handles a wide variety of corporate matters including domestic and international venture capital, private equity, real estate and hedge fund formations, mergers and acquisitions, venture investments, financings and dispositions, corporate restructurings, new business formation, startup advisory and joint-venture transactions. Michael holds a B.S. from The University of Chicago, an M.S. from Depaul University and a J.D. and MBA from Northwestern University School of Law and Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Michael is also an investor in ENIAC Ventures, Dot Capital, Angel Round Capital I & II, 645 Ventures and Funder’s Guild.
